What is the default currency?

Do you deliver to overseas?

At the moment No. We only deliver to Singapore.

 

What are the Delivery Charges?

Orders <$1500, $35 Delivery Charges apply

Orders $1500 and above, $12 Delivery Charges apply.

FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS ABOVE $12000.

 

Do you deliver to post office boxes?

Please note we do not deliver to PO Box, Post Office Address. Someone needs to be present in the delivery address to sign and collect the product purchase.

 

What if I require delivery to a location outside Singapore mainland and in Tuas & Changi Airport?

For Delivery in Changi Airport, Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa, additional surcharge of $50 apply on top of existing charges.

 

What if the item(s) I placed an order for is/are out of stock?

If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.

 

What if I am not around to receive my order?

Please note that you will have to sign for your order.

If you are not at the delivery address at the date of delivery that you opted, there will be a surcharge of minimum $50 for re-delivery. Additional logistics handling services incurred in the process will also be chargeable. We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, and will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

 

When can I expect my order?

Estimated Delivery within 2-5 business days if stock is available.

 

What if the item(s) I placed an order for is/are out of stock?

If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order, we will notify you via email and inform you the estimated delivery time for re-stock.

 

Can I walk in to your office  to buy your products & self collect the product?

Currently, we do not accept any walk in for purchase or self collection. All goods have to purchase online at our website or email us to place an order. Goods purchase will be deliver to your delivery address.

 

Do you accept COD (Cash or Cheque on Delivery)?

No we don’t accept COD.

 

Do you accept Credit Card or PayPal?

Yes we do. There is a charge of 4.5% of total sales value for using credit card or PayPal.

 

Is there any Warranty?

Comes with Singapore Local Manufacturer Warranty for major brands of products. Some brands may include International Carry In Warranty. All product warranties are by their respective brands. Please contact the brand their respective customer service hotline about warranty.

 

Who can I contact for Product Servicing?

You will need to call the respective product brands Service Centre regards to Servicing/RMA.

 

Can I Return & Refund?

All goods sold are not eligible for any return or refund.

  3. We reserve the right to change our product’s prices, after provision of official quotations, due to errors, changing marketing conditions, typographical errors, or any other reasons.
  4. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether.
